Vodafone’s £59 cash back offer has now ended.

The best deal with the 16GB model will set you back £59 upfront and £41 per month on a 24m contract. For this you’ll get 900 minutes and 750MB per month, plus unlimited texts.

Opt for the 32GB model and it’s an extra £80 upfront, whereas the 64GB will cost you an extra £180. If you talk a lot and choose the 3000 minutes tariff for £62 per month, then the 64GB model will set you back just £29 upfront.

An entry-level 8GB iPhone 4 also launches on pre-order today, costing £99 less than the 16GB model.

The iPhone 4S features a dual core A5 processor, an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video record, Siri advanced speech recognition and the new iOS 5 operating system. It’s available in black or white with 16GB, 32GB or 64GB memory. The dual-core A5 chip promises up to 2x faster performance and 7x faster graphics. The 8 megapixel camera can take exceptionally good photos. It can also record HD video at full 1080p resolution, with video stabilisation, and AirPlay Mirroring will allow wireless streaming to an Apple TV.
